Guitarist and composer of classical background, he crossed through any kind of music, from folk to metal and up to soundtracks. Along with Nate Kantner founded the Heavy Wood, hard-folk group where in fact he plays with the C-Drawk.
Born in Faggiano (TA) in 1980, Roberto was keen on music from her earliest years. Starting from the guitar, his attraction for musical instruments has grown to include early drums, bass and subsequently any other useful tool to achieve his orchestral compositions. Writing his music and forming numerous bands during the school year, his musical life led him to graduate from the Conservatory "Paisiello" of Taranto, in classical guitar, and then to get a degree in improvisation, arrangement and composition thanks to the Berklee School.
He developed the idea of the "C-Drawk" with Cesarini, born from the need to have in his hands a classical guitar and a bass at the same time. He arranges all its tracks with 7 strings; the seventh is amplified by a Cesarini Pickup while the other six are amplified by the piezoelectric bridge.
